Stress can be overwhelming and chaotic

"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid." John 14:27

The peace our heavenly Father gives us is not explainable. I went through many difficult circumstances that if I would have not been saved by my Lord Jesus Christ, I would not be here. He is faithful and loves you like no other.

Have you thought of all the times God kept you from something terrible happening due to bad choices, decisions, spare of the moment recklessness? How about all the accidents that

He saved you from?

Life will have its ups and downs. However, if we get up each day will real heart felt gratitude you will be surprised how your attitude will improve. Focus on what you do have and not what you don't. Life is hard enough. Don't do the adversary's work by blocking your peace and stealing your own joy.
