"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." Psalm 139:14
We are children of the most high God!! Jesus Christ died for us! We need to remember this during the times we feel sad, alone, lost or abandoned.
Focus on Christ Jesus and allow self worth issues to be healed. Don't let this world or your own mind set a trap in which comparing yourself to others is something you allow. Comparing our journey to others will only steal your peace and joy. Trust in the fact, God made us all unique and wonderful and God has a plan for our lives already designed.
"But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him."
1 Corinthians 2:9 KJV
Stay grounded in the fact, that God loves you and made you in your mother's womb. As we grow in our relationship with Him by spending time with Him and reading His Word transformation due to healing, feeding our spirit and focusing on the character of our Lord will happen The battlefield is in the mind everything starts with thoughts. Don't let people that didn't love you correctly, or just plained used you, or betrayed you, used hurtful words or abused you continue to diminish you. All that does not define you! Give it all to Jesus. Make the trade beauty for ashes. He will heal you and you will come out of this stronger and wiser.
Set healthy boundaries in every relationship you have, and if at any time you feel a particular relationship is more draining than uplifting which triggers emotions, behaviors and thoughts that don't enhance your life. Ask Jesus for help.
"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seekethfindeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened." Matthew 7:7-8
Jesus will help you detach, and He will move away any relationship that no longer is part of His will for your life. Not everyone is meant to stay forever. We have people in our lives for years, some for seasons, yes and some for a lifetime. Trust in God. He knows best. Our biggest growth happens during the times we need our Lord the most. For me, it's daily. What about you?
