Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior taught this by example. What are you doing for His kingdom?

" just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Matthew 20:28 ESV
I know this kind of conversation is not very popular or discussed to often. Why?
because we are sinners in a fallen world where people do not want to be bothered, or serve. They want to be served. Power is exalted not service in this fallen world. The interest and focus is on me, me, me., not whom we see that needs us. Whether it be spiritually uplifting by prayer and sharing the word; forget financially most people think they are taking the money with them and don't realize blessing family or friends in need will only bless them more. We make excuses and even forget when we were in need and a loved one helped us. It's very sad and disappointing, but when you do the right thing and do it for Jesus Christ that has saved you from So much it is a blessing that will fill your heart and soul like nothing in this world ever will. His peace, mercy, grace and faithfulness is the greatest incentive.
I remind you that it is written:
"Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others. Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death-even death on a cross! Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father ." Philippians 2:3-11
