Do this if you are worried. It is written!

"Give all your worries to him, because he cares about you." 1 Peter 5:7

Talk your heavenly Father about everything that is on your mind. God loves you and wants

you to seek him everyday. Lean on his Word and trust in his promises.

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7

"Jesus said, "Don't let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust in me." John 14:1

"You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You."

Isaiah 26:3

"And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus."

Philippians 4:19

"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am[a]gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30
